What we collect
- When you order: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and order details
- When you contact us: your message and contact details
- Automatically: IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited, through cookies and analytics
We do not collect or store card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your order, arrange delivery and assembly, handle warranty claims, answer your questions, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send you news about products.
Who we share it with
- Our payment provider, to process payment
- Delivery partners, to get your order to you
- Our supplier, where an item ships directly or a warranty claim requires it
- Analytics providers, for anonymous website statistics
- Authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, limit how we use it, or stop us using it for marketing.
