By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products, prices and availability

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is shown separately at checkout.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials, finishes and whether assembly is required. Photographs are representative; natural materials vary in grain and shade, and screens show colour differently.

Stock is not reserved until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

We may correct pricing errors. If a price is clearly wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund. We will not dispatch at an incorrect price without your agreement.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where we cannot deliver to your address, where stock has gone, or where we suspect fraud.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store card or banking details.

Delivery, returns and warranty

These are covered in our Delivery & Returns and Warranty pages, both of which form part of these terms. Goods are sold final sale; manufacturing defects are covered as set out there.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a direct result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Intellectual property

The Yohauz name, logo, site content, photography and product copy belong to Midas Living Sdn Bhd. Please do not reproduce them without permission

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
