Include your order number, full name and contact details, delivery address, product name and quantity, reason for the request, date the issue was noticed, and clear photos or video where available.
Important: Do not arrange a return before Yohauz provides written approval and return or collection instructions. Change-of-mind requests must be made within 7 days after delivery. Items must be unopened, uninstalled, unused, undamaged, in original condition and packaging. Custom sofas, custom beds and custom upholstery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Visible delivery damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours. We may request further photos, video, measurements or an inspection before deciding whether the appropriate remedy is repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
