Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing or structural defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning, unauthorised modification or damage caused after delivery by the customer or a third party.
Sofa warranty
- Fabric stitching: 6 months for manufacturing defects.
- Sofa structure: 1 year for manufacturing or structural defects.
- Normal fabric wear, pilling, fading, stains, spills, pet damage and ordinary softening are excluded.
Mattress warranty
Mattresses may carry warranty coverage of up to 10 years, subject to the specific product warranty terms, exclusions and remedy stated on the product page or warranty document.
Curtain warranty
Curtains carry a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Colour variation, ordinary fading, unsuitable cleaning, installation issues and normal wear are excluded.
Décor and accessories
Décor and accessories do not carry a commercial warranty. Please inspect these items upon delivery and report visible damage or defects within 48 hours.

Email info@midasliving.my or WhatsApp 012-900 7726 with your order number, product details, photographs and a description of the issue. Yohauz will assess the claim and determine the appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law and the relevant product terms.
