Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Yohauz purchase. This policy applies to purchases from Yohauz, operated by Midas Living Sdn Bhd (202201032029 (1477726-V)).
Change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days after delivery. The item must be unopened, uninstalled, unused, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale.
Custom sofas, custom beds and custom upholstery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Before returning anything
Submit a return request before sending any item back. Contact info@midasliving.my or WhatsApp +60 12-900 7726 with your order number, name, delivery address, product name, reason and clear photos. For damage or defect claims, include photos or video of the full item, affected area, packaging and delivery condition where available.
Do not arrange a return before Yohauz provides written approval and instructions. Unauthorized change-of-mind returns may be refused or returned at the customer's cost. For large furniture, returns are collection-only unless Yohauz agrees otherwise.
Return condition and costs
The customer is responsible for safe packaging and return transport for an approved change-of-mind return. The customer is also responsible for loss or damage during that return transport.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
Visible delivery damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If a defect was not reasonably visible at delivery, report it as soon as it is discovered. Yohauz may request further photos, video, measurements or an inspection.
Subject to applicable Malaysian law, Yohauz will assess the case and determine the appropriate remedy, which may be repair, replacement, exchange or refund. This policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible, within 14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. For defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, Yohauz will handle the appropriate return or redelivery arrangement as required by applicable law.
