Yohauz currently delivers within Klang Valley and Selangor. For addresses outside these areas, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and delivery charges.
Delivery charges
Orders of RM900 or more qualify for free standard delivery within Klang Valley and Selangor. Orders below RM900 carry a RM150 delivery charge. Delivery outside these areas is quoted and confirmed before the order is finalized.
Delivery times
Ready-stock items are expected to be delivered within 3 days. Pre-order items are expected to be delivered within 5 to 14 days. These are estimates and may change due to stock availability, weather, public holidays, traffic or access restrictions. Yohauz will contact customers if a significant delay affects an order.
Access and delivery requirements
Customers must check doorways, corridors, lifts, staircases, loading bays and other access points before ordering. Customers are responsible for obtaining building permits and reserving loading areas where required.
Standard assembly is included for Klang Valley deliveries completed using Yohauz's own fleet. Wall mounting, drilling, electrical work, plumbing, complex installation and third-party installation are excluded unless separately agreed.
Ground, first and second floors are included where safe access is available. Manual carry-up from the third floor onward is charged at RM50 per item per floor, subject to pre-delivery confirmation and safe access limits.
Failed delivery and rescheduling
Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, access is blocked, building approval is missing or the delivery must be rescheduled. Any charge will be confirmed before it is incurred.
Delivery inspection
Please inspect furniture on arrival. Photograph visible damage or missing items and contact info@midasliving.my or WhatsApp +60 12-900 7726 within 48 hours. If a defect is not reasonably visible at delivery, report it as soon as discovered.
