By using the website or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with these Terms.
Products
We aim to display products, dimensions, colours and finishes accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural materials and manufacturing can cause reasonable variation. Customers should check dimensions and access requirements before ordering.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Delivery charges, taxes and other applicable charges will be shown or confirmed before the order is finalized. Product availability, prices and promotions may change.
Orders and payment
Orders are subject to payment approval and stock availability. Payments are processed through Billplz. Pre-order products must be paid in full at checkout. We may contact you to clarify an order.
We may cancel an order for an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, duplicate order or fulfilment issue. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange the applicable refund.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Warranty Policy form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate billing and delivery information and ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the furniture ordered.
