Using this website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Yohauz may update, correct or remove content when needed to keep the store accurate, secure and operational. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including dimensions, materials, finishes, colour, availability and assembly requirements. Product photography is representative; natural materials can vary and screens may display colour differently.
Please check dimensions against your lift, stairs, doorways and intended space before ordering. Stock is not reserved until we acknowledge the order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for the unavailable item.
Prices and delivery
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit as RM. Delivery charges and any applicable costs are shown before payment. Orders of RM900 or more qualify for free standard delivery within Klang Valley and Selangor. Orders below RM900 have a RM150 delivery charge. For other areas, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and delivery charges.
Ready-stock items are expected to be delivered within 3 days; pre-orders within 5–14 days. These are estimates, subject to stock availability, delivery scheduling and access. See our Shipping Policy for assembly, access and additional delivery charges.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, we cannot deliver to the address, there is a clear listing or pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown there. We do not store your complete card or banking details.
Cancellation, defects and returns
You may cancel an order free of charge before dispatch by contacting us with your order number. Furniture is sold on a final-sale basis for change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour or no longer wanting the item.
This does not remove any statutory right or remedy for goods that are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description or are otherwise defective under applicable Malaysian law. If packaging arrives torn, crushed or wet, leave it sealed, photograph it and contact us on the same day. For a confirmed defect, we will provide the remedy required by law and pay return postage where applicable.

Access and delivery appointments
Please provide an accurate delivery address, access information and reachable phone number. Re-delivery caused by nobody being available, an incorrect address or an item not fitting through the access route may be chargeable.
Intellectual property
The Yohauz name, logo, product copy, photography, design and other website content belong to Midas Living Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping. Copying or commercially exploiting content requires written permission.
Liability and governing law
We are responsible for direct loss caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
